Abstract

There is a limited research on the mediating role of the switch leadership style between the working environment and project success. Therefore, this study aims to examine the mediating role of switch leadership between the dynamic working environment and project success. This study adopted an online survey instrument to collect cross-sectional data from 160 project managers and team members of telecommunications companies in Pakistan.
