In the post-epidemic era where epidemic prevention is normalized, the traditional supply chain management of intelligent manufacturing enterprises relying on traditional labor, low informationization and low efficiency has revealed long material procurement cycle, serious information silos, difficulty in meeting customer delivery time, difficulty in improving efficiency and effectiveness, and high operation costs. The rise and development of smart supply chain provides an effective method and path for smart manufacturing to highly effect the rapidly uncertain changing logistics situation and the increasingly fierce international market competition. If smart manufacturing enterprises want to give full play to the potential and advantages of smart supply chain, they need to build a scientific, systematic and collaborative smart supply chain management system as a support.
