This study offers a proposal for implementing a controller system that is integrated with SNI helmets. The controller system is equipped with a pulse sensor, vibrator motor and loudspeaker. The system will rotate the prayer will travel when the helmet harness is properly attached or locked. The sensor is placed on the hook in the neck for pulse detection, then the system will record and accumulate every minute pulse. The system will detect if the pulse rate is below or above the normal threshold and the system will activate the motor fibrator to warn the driver who is wearing the helmet. Device testing and control system on the helmet is working properly. Helmet trials on 5 motorcycle riders were carried out 5 times with a time span of 179 minutes for each trial. It also ran smoothly.
