Abstract

This paper aims to report the experience of students of an elementary school in a didactic sequence, with the purpose of understanding the importance of healthy eating. We apply several teaching methodologies, such as concept maps, video, lecture, research activity, exercise resolution and scientific dissemination, in an attempt to know the relevance of nutrients and their functions in the human body, from their insertion in multiple contexts of the research.
