This paper presents an application to analyze the cactus disease using infrared wavelength image processing. Normalized Difference Vegetation Index (NDVI) and OpenCV algorithm are utilized to determine the health of cactus plant. The overall application is operated on a Raspberry Pi with No InfraRed (NoIR) camera. The results show a capability of soft-rot detection in a group of cacti with a single image.
