Abstract
Resultados: São provenientes da inclusão de oito artigos científicos abran gendo publicações ABSTRACT: Introduction: Glucose plays an important energy function for the body, since it is through this monosocarid that much of the energy needed for the work performed by human cells is obtained, including brain functioning by its glycodependence, thus ensuring memory optimization and learning. Objective: contribute to a better understanding of how simple carbohydrates, through metabolic processes, can help neurologically in relation to learning and memory.
