Abstract

This purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of strengthening 21st Century Skills (Learning Skills, Literacy Skills, and Life Skills) on development of Self-Efficacy of the Accounting Education Students at Faculty of Eco-nomics and Business Education, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. 21世纪加强技能和会计教育学生自我完善的发展
本研究旨在分析印尼彭迪迪肯大学经济与商业教育学院会计教育专业学生强化21世纪技能(学习技能、识字技能和生活技能)对自我效能感发展的影响。为了收集数据,我们使用了问卷调查。从256名学生中选出154名作为代表性样本。采用偏最小二乘结构路径模型(PLS-PM)对假设进行检验。研究结果显示,学习技能、识字技能和生活技能对自我效能感有正向影响。本研究的启示是,随着21世纪技能的加强,学生的自我效能感会得到更大的发展。
