The problem is solved by the use of two active RX-TX antennas which are connected one with other with the feeder of needed length. The first antenna is installed at the building rooftop or at any other dominant altitude; the second antenna is installed in a shielded room (underground garage, tunnel etc). The design of each antenna is based on the use of one-port resonant transistor amplifier with the opened resonant system. Resonant system is realized on microstrip patch antenna. The antenna operation assumes the implementation of receiving and transmitting modes simultaneously. The switching between receiving and transmitting modes does not need to be implemented.
