Abstract

Diagnostics of mineral oil breaks up on several problems, among which primary goal definition of concentration weighed and dissolved in water mineral oil. For the correct decision of this problem it is required researches mineral oil in water in various forms (dissolved, emulsive, a film), at various stages of ageing, for different mineral oil. fluorescence spectrums gives us sufficient the information on the quantitative composition of water mediums.
