Abstract
Distribution transformers are essential parts of electric power infrastructure that convert extraordinary high voltage to a low or medium voltage that can be used in general factories, buildings, homes, etc. In this paper, we introduce the test quality management system for distribution transformer and propose a technique to automate the test voltage/current measurement to solve the measurement error and delay of control that may occur in the measurement process. The proposed method allows the operator to set the measurement error range to an arbitrary value up to ±0.01% so that the test voltage/current can be automatically measured through the program which is connected with power analyzer.
