Abstract
The trips of industrial production process for sensitive users are caused by voltage sag, which leads to huge economic loss, so it’s urgent to install governance equipment to meet the demand for premium power. Aiming at the problems of high investment and high risk in the traditional users’ self-purchase governance equipment, a service pattern for premium power supply based on trust lease is proposed. The specific content and implementation process of the pattern are proposed to solve the three problems of sensitive loads screening, service fees optimization and service fees allocation. By defining the "capacity/loss ratio" to screen out the sensitive loads which are necessary to install the governance equipment; optimize the service fees with the goal of maximizing the net revenues of the user and the service provider; establish the asymmetric Nash negotiation model of the service fees allocation between the power company and the equipment manufacturer, and propose the strategy of service fees allocation. So far, a complete and operable service pattern has been formed. Finally, an empirical analysis of a sensitive user proves the feasibility of trust lease pattern and provides a new pattern reference for the development of premium power supply service.
