Starting from the highest frequency level, UDFS gradually reduces the frequency level until users feel discomfort. The proposed technique calculates an optimum frequency as the starting frequency and then reduces that frequency until user shows discomfort. When CPU reaches in ideal state, processor frequency goes to the lowest level to save battery life. Abstract

Despite the growing popularity of smartphones, it's extensive power consumption is still now a burning issue.
