REFRESING PERAN KADER KESEHATAN DI ERA PANDEMI COVID-19 DALAM UPAYA PENCEGAHAN PENULARAN CORONA VIRUS

Abstract

Penyebaran kasus covid-19 sampai saat ini masih sangat memprihatinkan dan menjadi  momok bagi masyarakat di dunia. Penerapan protocol kesehatan yang meliputi 5M dan PHBS menjadi hal yang sangat urgent di masyarakat sebagai upaya memutus mata rantai penularan virus. Tujuan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah memberikan refresing peran kader kesehatan dengan peningkatan pengetahuan tentang protocol kesehatan sebagai upaya pencegahan penularan corona virus. Metode dilakukan melalui pendidikan masyarakat secara ceramah, tanya jawab dan diskusi. Peserta kegiatan ini adalah kader kesehatan Desa Sumberrahayu Kecamatan Limbangan yang berjumlah 13 orang. Hasil dari pengabdian terdapat peningkatan prosentase pengetahuan kategori baik (23,07% ke 84,61%). Peserta menunjukkan keaktifan dan antusiasme dalam mengikuti kegiatan. Keterbatasan kegiatan ini adalah kegiatan dilakukan di masa pandemi Covid-19 sehingga peserta terbatas.Kata kunci: kader kesehatan; program kesehatan covid-19; pengetahuan REFRESING THE ROLE OF HEALTH CAREERS IN THE ERA OF THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC IN EFFORT TO PREVENT THE TRANSMISSION OF CORONA VIRUSAbstract  The spread of COVID-19 cases is still very concerning and is a scourge for people in the world. The implementation of the health protocol which includes wearing mask, washing hand, keeping the distance, avoiding crowd, reducing mobility and Clean Living Habit is very urgent in the community as an effort to break the chain of virus transmission. This community service was to provide a reflection on the role of health cadres by increasing knowledge about health protocols as an effort to prevent transmission of the corona virus. The method was  carried out through public education through lectures, questions and answers and discussions. The participants of this activity were health cadres of Sumberrahayu Village, Limbangan District, totaling 13 people. The results of the service there is an increase in the percentage of knowledge in the good category (23.07% to 84.61%). Participants showed activeness and enthusiasm in participating in the activities. The limitation of this activity is that the activity is carried out during the Covid-19 pandemic so that participants are limited. Keywords: health cadres; covid-19 health program; knowledge
