The result show that the perceived organizational support are at moderate level. However, the involvement of spiritual and social activities is at low level. Abstract

In Islam, organization has an important role in developing self-esteem and social relations of its members. Western researchers such as Maslow also suggested that organizational managers identify deficiencies in the needs of their employees as this may affect one's attitude and behavior. Maslow's motivational needs can be met through the support of organizations through their reward programs and so on. Thus, this study is conducted to evaluate the perception on organizational support and the level of involvement of the spiritual and social activities of the B40 Muslim community that can help improve their self-esteem and social relations.
