Abstract
The Southern African Development Community (SADC) countries are ranked according to citizen satisfaction with e-government information services in this paper. Citizens regard service quality as a reliable indicator of e-government shortcomings. During the data gathering process, 364 respondents from six English-speaking SADC nations were used. Citizen expectation, perceived quality, citizen contentment, and citizen complaint management are among the influential factors used to rank SADC countries, which were forecasted using the Latent Variable (LV) model. The LV was used to classify the SADC nations in this study in order of the best e-government information services and citizen satisfaction provision. According to the findings, South Africa was placed first while Tanzania was ranked worst. These findings will aid individuals in positions of decision-making in formulating policies and allocating resources following the SADC treaties, principles and objectives.
