Access to Justice for the Protection of Pensioners' Rights Using Fuzzy Logic

Abstract

In Romania, free access to justice is a fundamental principle of state organization. Older people have a more limited exercise capacity. Therefore, there is a need for compensating with service packages ancillary to pension systems. In the absence of these services, the right of free access to justice can become formal and illusory for pensioners. The paper describes a model of organizational management system, in the form of an auxiliary service offered to pensioners, based on a practical situation of similar litigations, extracted from jurisprudence.
