How to use the digital learning platform for university teaching staff to improve their teaching quality and professional development is a topic worthy of research and discussion.This paper explores the impact of Chinese university teaching staff' use of digital learning platforms on their professional development through a successful model of information systems. The research object is full-time teachers using digital learning platforms in universities in China. A total of 432 university teachers were sampled, and 379 questionnaires were collected. The questionnaire recovery rate was approximately 87.73%. The recovered data were analyzed by SmartPLS 3.0 statistical software for descriptive statistics, reliability and validity analysis, and research hypothesis testing.
