Abstract

In the spetial domain, the non-linear filter effectively reduces the noise in an image but at the simalteniously, they blur the edge of images. Finally based on the study effective algorithm will be developed and used for effective denoising and image restoration. Proposed median filter for the restoration of corrupted image by noise and blurred and thereby to improve the image quality. The performance of denoised image quality and restoration technique has been judge by comparing the result of proposed technique with the existing denoising filters. The comparison result shows a high value of PSNR.
