His field of research work is solid-state electronics, microwave passive and active circuits and superconducting microwave filters. At present he is Associate Professor in the Electrical Engineering Department of College of E&ME, National University of Sciences and Technology. He is leading a well-funded research group, started in June 2003, working on the development of electronic systems. The R&D team includes about five collaborating faculty members, 14 design engineers and fifteen graduate students.
