Abstract

In this paper, a case study of web usage mining for analyzing student activity is presented. Web sites supporting three traditional, face-to-face and essentially practical CS2 courses are audited using specific software. The courses web sites include organizational information about the course, theoretical resources, notes, laboratory materials and a web forum for queries and interaction among the students supervised by the teaching staff.
