Abstract
Inflammatory responses remain a major cause of death. To improve that, it is necessary to explore the relation between vagus nerve stimulation and inflammation at action potential level. To detect action potential of vagus nerve, we constructed a high input impedance front-end circuit. Also, we established a system, methods, and analyses. We performed validation of the constructed circuit and experiments for detecting action potentials of vagus nerve utilizing these tools. Consequently, the potential like the action potentials were measured. Also, analysis results indicated that measured responses regarded as action potential.
