The data signal mainly includes two types: one is the data signal transmitted from the sensor to the upper computer, mainly including the signals of various sensors related to the hammer; the other is the two-way communication between the upper computer and the lower computer. Through RS485 bus, the upper computer of the electronic control system of cement pavement maintenance vehicle collects sensor data and sends it to PLC through OPC. As the lower computer, PLC control each hammer broken phase based on the real-time measurement result. Abstract
