However, some products (chalk and salt) at high humidity form lumps, which has a negative impact on the dosing process. In this regard, an urgent task is the development of a disk-shaped dispenser, on which the clumping is not affected. The article presents an analysis of the existing schemes of volumetric dispensers of Poppet and vibration types, on the basis of which the scheme of the working body of the dispenser of the disk type with a translational circular motion of the disk (TCMD) is developed. In support of the scheme based on the results of exploratory experiments on the laboratory setup with TCMD frequency and eccentricity, respectively, of the plate 4 s-1 and 20 mm.
