This paper is based on the real time hardware solution on weather broadcasting through satellites measurements, because although the satellite systems are sufficient for monitoring weather condition on the earth and giving their valuable measurements to the scientist to take the correct decisions, but sometimes it is difficult to take the measurements through televisions and other media at different locations for example in remote areas or in the forest areas. Abstract
