Abstract
We have investigated numerically the behaviour of the inhomogeneously broadened medium of single-mode unidirectional Lorentz-broadened laser in the self-pulsing regime. On the basis of this analysis, we have constructed the five-order set of differentional equations, which well describes the selfpulsing instability in laser in a certain band of the gain.
