The two-phase dependence of the functional activity of the conjugates on the depth of modification indicates the presence of two populations of modified amino groups. Modification of the more accessible ones leads to functional activation of the IgG molecule. Abstract
Conjugates of Pd (II) coproporphyrin I N-hydroxysuccinimide ester with ferritin-specific monoclonal antibodies of the IgG2a subclass were obtained in a one-step conjugation reaction, with antigen-binding activity increased by 3-7 times.
