The population in this study was 285 employees and a sample of 167 respondents. This research conducted at Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil of Palopo City by using primary data collected through a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used was the Path Analysis technique and was operated through SPSS 25.0.
