Abstract

This paper presents a new generation product of induction fluid heating appliance using a novel voltage source type quasi-resonant ZVS-PWM high frequency inverter which incorporates a constant frequency variable power regulation scheme. Its operating principle and unique features are illustrated and evaluated on the basis of computer simulation and experimental results implemented on a 4 kW breadboard systems designed for moving fluid heating appliance in pipeline systems.
