Abstract

Most communication companies in developing countries use diesel generators in addition to grid supply to power their base stations because the grid power supply is unreliable. Remote monitoring of these sites can reduce the amount of time spent on routine site visits especially for dieselrefills. This paper presents a design and implementation of a remote diesel-level monitoring system using wireless sensor network.
