Polprasert and JA Ritcey (2005). The analytical and asymptotic BER performance of uncoded M-PSK modulation is evaluated and verified by the simulation. For coded modulation, the error free feedback bound (EF bound) of the bit-interleaved coded modulation with iterative decoding (BICM-ID) for both perfect and imperfect CSI is developed.
