The paper also tries to assess the impact\nof perception of entrepreneurial climate of employees on their perception related to\npotential success of their organization.\nThe study uses primary data collection from 633 employees from the corporate\nsector. It uses descriptive and inferential analysis such as One Sample T-test,\nANOVA and Regression analysis to arrive at the conclusions. The study concludes\nthat employees’ perception related to entrepreneurial climate in their organizations\nis affected by their age-group and their seniority in the management cadre.\nEmployees belonging to manufacturing and engineering sectors have more positive\noutlook towards entrepreneurial climate than other sectors.
