Evaluation of Impact of Methods for Assessing System Parameters on the Resource Allocation

Abstract

In the paper, we present research connected with impact assessment blocks of measurement of parameters and execution on performance of algorithm of scheduling. We analyze different methods of aggregation by time and by resource blocks. Among the presented methods we select the closed to the true values. The influence of methods for estimating system parameters on the performance of resource allocation algorithms is assessed by the example of video data transmission.
