Abstract
This article discusses and analyzes various criteria used for the allocation of scarce resources, such as ICU beds, in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic. It argues the need to evaluate the allocation of ICU beds through a decisional methodology of multiple criteria, as well as the importance of discussing the inclusion of the criterion that emphasizes the value of the person, which, interpreted in a broad sense, would allow the inclusion of indigenous leaders and not only health personnel.
