This research was a quantitative, conducted on 84 administrative staffs of Universitas Negeri Padang from various work units. This study uses purposive sampling technique. Furthermore, the research data was analyzed using regression analysis and Baron & Kenny procedure. The results showed that trust to immediate supervisors had a direct impact on work engagement.
