Abstract

This paper presents characteristics of cavity eigenmode, and a selective excitation method of an internal mode, using TCM. The results of CM analysis of the cavity, with an aperture show that cavity modes are separated into the internal and external modes. Two-inverted-F antennas are placed at the diagonal line on cavity bottom surface. This feeding probe is an inductive coupling element (ICE), not to use additional matching circuits.
