To understand this phenomenon, the article explores the concept and features of creative industries in the digital economy. Based on the analysis of scientific literature, the stages of the evolution of the creative industries development and formation on a global scale are determined. Four approaches to the study of creative industries are formulated: as a set of economic activities; as a set of high-tech industries and services; as platforms for the creation of intellectual property objects; through the prism of a specific type of economic activity. Abstract

数字经济下的创意产业管理研究方法
目的:形成并揭示创意产业研究与管理的四种研究途径;将研究领域和研究对象内的材料系统化。方法:分析、综合、分类。结果:创意产业的快速发展已成为近年来创业的主要趋势之一。为了理解这一现象,本文探讨了数字经济中创意产业的概念和特征。在科学文献分析的基础上,确定了全球范围内创意产业发展和形成的演进阶段。本文提出了研究创意产业的四种方法:将创意产业视为一系列经济活动;作为集高新技术产业和服务业;作为创造知识产权对象的平台;通过一种特定类型的经济活动的棱镜。这四种方法中的每一种都有自己的开发、研究和管理创意产业的工具。科学新颖性:厘清创意产业研究的现有途径制订研究及管理数码经济下创意产业的方法一览表;在形成方法的基础上,形成数字经济下创意产业管理和发展的工具。现实意义:所得结果有助于:(a)在制定创意产业研究与管理四种方法的基础上,进一步研究数字经济中创意产业的本质;(b)将在某一创意产业中获得的使用工具的积极经验推广到其他创意产业,以及(c)开发在创意产业中创建知识产权对象的通用和专门方法,在数字经济中激活创意产业组织中的创新、创意和智力活动。
