Promotion in this case is by using social media in the form of Facebook chosen by the Puja Kesuma Reading Center as a form of disseminating information about services, collections, and other important information about Pujakesuma Reading Gardens which is useful in terms of bringing libraries and users closer together virtually This research is unique in knowing library promotion strategy through Facebook in an effort to build the image of the library at the Medan City Regional Library and Ann. The method used in this research is a descriptive qualitative research method with a library approach. The aim of this research is to determine the extent to which the use of social media and service quality at the Pujakesuma Reading Gardens in Medan City. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods.
