Abstract
Centralized, flow-map based SDN (Software Defined Network) usually operates as a separated island to distributed, routing table-based legacy network. In this paper, we propose a RISF (Routing Inter-operability with SDN Flow-map) architecture that makes SDN flow-map and legacy network routing table synchronized and operate compatibly in an integrated environment. The result suggests that RISF architecture makes SDN and legacy network compatible each other, and describes the availability comparable to the legacy commercial router.
