Abstract

The judicialization of the right to health presents itself as a phenomenon in which legal mechanisms are used by citizens to claim public health products and services from the State. Incorporating, as a given, the existence of dis-sonances between the formulation and implementation of public policies in between the formulation and the implementation of public health policies.
