A Maritime Multipath Wireless Channel Model Based on Ray Tracing Algorithm

Abstract

In order to find the best wireless communication technology scheme for the wireless channel environment between ships on the sea surface, this paper presents a communication model for multipath between ships on the surface of the sea based on the ray tracing algorithm. The multipath model presented herein covers the direct and specular reflection and the diffuse components. In this paper, large-scale fading analyses on wireless channel of ship-to-ship communication are presented.
