The results of the analysis show that the circulation time is classified as good for 2 hours 36 minutes, the dwell time is also classified as good for 4 minutes 24 seconds, the headway is classified as good with a time of between 9 minutes 15 seconds, then the load factor is classified as good with an average of 56.83% but there are significant excess load factor on the second bus on Thursday on the Pluit-Pinang Ranti route, and the level of availability required of 30 busses during circulation time. Then a redesign was made to improve the load factor that did not meet the parameters. Abstract

This study discusses the operational performance of Transjakarta Corridor IX during pandemic. The purpose of this paper is to ensure that the busses can serve the needs of the society.
