Abstract
Driving in the city during the commute time, the traffic congestion and the traffic lights make drivers to stop to drive frequently. This phenomenon causes boredom and fatigue, and makes time to be wasted. To help mitigate the problems of boredom and lack of engagement in the car during times of traffic congestion, we introduce new domain of infotainment -- health wellness of the driver. In this study, we propose a body stretching infotainment HUD system to induce drivers to stretch when automotive stop. We analyze the qualitative data and the quantitative data based on the actual driving experiment to ascertain the usability and the expected effects.
