Determination of impedance meter nonlinearity with a capacitance build-up method

Abstract

We propose a capacitance build-up method for the calibration of the linearity of a capacitance meter. The method is implemented with a new design matrix formulation. An example application to the measurement of the nonlinearity of an LCR meter is given.
