Comparative analysis of China's equipment manufacturing enterprises and world-class enterprises based on case study

Abstract

The high-end equipment manufacturing industry is the high-end part of the equipment manufacturing industry, the symbol of country's strategic emerging industries and industrial rise, and core competitiveness of the manufacturing industry. How to promote the high-end development of equipment manufacturing industry in the industrial chain through technological innovation and break the situation that developed countries hold the advanced technology in equipment manufacturing industry which is of great strategic significance for China's manufacturing power. This paper focuses on China's equipment manufacturing industry, and takes rail transit equipment manufacturing enterprise Z Company as an example to conduct benchmarking analysis with world-class enterprises, so as to explore and clarify the path and direction of China's equipment manufacturing enterprises to become world-class enterprises.
