Abstract
The research evolution in the network area brings to the emergence of the numeric distance education models. The DOUNG [1] is an example that set a new field of research particularly in the need of Quality of Service (QoS). The success key of that model remains on the service guarantee studied in many works [2][3][4] that show the gain obtained from several particular DOUNG network architecture. In this paper, we highlight the conceptual model adapted to each network context, namely the Internet, the GSM (Global System for Mobile communications), the Wi-Fi and ad hoc networks. Deriving from those models, the Intelligent Interface of Monitoring the Service Guarantee (IIMSG) parameters are defined with their mathematical formulas in order to populate its knowledge base. The goal is to bring a learner to choose the best case of course access between the real time and the asynchronous mode.
