Abstract

In order to solve the problems such as teaching method is single, teaching content is obsolete and the lack of practice teaching resources in the teaching of human resource management, a new model of human resource management based on cloud computing is proposed, which makes human resources management teaching methods multiply, teaching contents updated timely and practice teaching resources sharing rich, to narrow the gap in the resources of the colleges and universities, to speed up the construction of college teachers. Finally enterprises and colleges can truly achieve a win-win situation.
