Abstract
We report on our design and simulation of superconducting single-photon detectors, based on ultra-narrow nanowire (30 nm) integrated with waveguides, to achieve broadband (wavelength: 1.2 micrometer to 1.7 micrometer) absorptance >0.99 for two orthogonal polarizations.
