Abstract

This paper reports on the design and experiment of an ultra-wideband power sensor from 0.01GHz to 67GHz based on discrete zero-bias diodes. Emphasis is on the design of the matching circuits using a smart method. Other details such as the choice of diodes and the implementation of the microwave front end are also discussed.
