Abstract

Surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) is one of the best analytical tools which can identify probing molecules with an ultralow concentration. As a sensitive SERS substrate, we electrodeposited Au nanostructures on the ITO glass modified with graphene oxide, in order to detect the dopamine (10−8–10−9 M) in human serum.
