Abstract

Current paper proposes a technique for power allocation in a communication network based on different priorities. In communication network, mobile terminals can perform different services such as video communication, audio communication, email, and gaming. All these services can be affected by different locations of mobile terminal as at different locations of mobile terminals different channel conditions are perceived. Proposed technique allocates priority based power for these terminals. The priority of terminal is based on ongoing service and location of terminal.
